ICAN'2020 is a joint venture in creating a dual-location different timing international conference (Feb 7-8 in Taiwan and Feb 14-15 in India). The conference received 159 submissions, out of which 40 will be presented in Taiwan and 39 in India. The program consists of 5 keynote talks, 3 invited talks, 79 presentations in 13 parallel sessions, 2 industry sessions presented by 9 companies, 10 industry exhibits, and 1-panel discussion. It covers data analytics, 5G mobile networking, artificial intelligence, machine learning, smart city applications, etc. The joint venture is a first time between Taiwan's National Chung Cheng University and India's Chitkara University. The Chiayi City Government will also preside over the event. Thus, ICAN'2020 is a joint academia-industry-government-research initiative that can create a sustainable platform for future collaborations.
